Kedarnath Temple, located at 3,900 meters above sea level, is one of India’s holiest sites dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated in the Garhwal Himalayas, it offers a spiritual experience surrounded by snow-capped peaks and lush valleys. Accessible via the scenic town of Kedarnath, the temple attracts visitors with its ancient architecture and serene vibes, making it a unique destination for both pilgrims and adventurers.
You will meet at the designated departure point in Delhi, which will be communicated to you in advance. From there, embark on an overnight journey towards Haridwar.
Arrive in Haridwar in the morning and rest before continuing your journey to Guptkashi. Depart around 10:30 AM, with a stop at Devprayag to witness the Holy Sangam of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda. Continue the scenic drive to Guptkashi and check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Wake up early, have breakfast, and head to Sonprayag. From there, walk to Gaurikund (1 km), then begin the trek to Kedarnath. You can hire ponies or palanquins for comfort (at own expense). Enjoy the scenic journey and stop for lunch along the way. Upon reaching Kedarnath, experience the peaceful atmosphere of the temple surrounded by mountains. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Wake up early, have breakfast, and start your journey from Kedarnath to Gaurikund. You can hire ponies or palanquins (at own expense). From Gaurikund, take a government taxi to Sonprayag, then walk 1 km to reach Guptkashi/Rampur. Continue your journey to Rishikesh. Upon arrival, check-in, freshen up, and explore Rishikesh, including Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and local markets. Enjoy dinner and rest. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Wake up for an exciting rafting experience on the Ganga. After rafting through thrilling rapids and a stop at Maggie Point for cliff jumping, reach Neem Beach. Return to the hotel for breakfast, check out, and depart for Delhi, concluding the trip with unforgettable memories.
