Changes must be made seven days before the trip, since we won’t be able to accept them after that.
We won’t charge you if the trip dates are modified once; however, there will be fees for subsequent postponement adjustments.
You alone will be responsible for any additional expenses brought on by these changes.

Simply write a cancellation letter or speak by phone with the sales representative you were in contact with earlier to change your plans. The upfront payment will not be refunded as a cancellation fee.
