September to June are the best months to visit Dhanaulti. Like other cooler hill stations, Dhanaulti has a good, temperate climate throughout the year. The harsher seasons are the monsoons and the winters, that are easily avoidable. Summers, at a comfortable 31 degrees maximum, are a perfect time to rewind and relax your senses here, with the assurance of a never before experienced vacation. Steer clear of the heavy monsoon months of July-August, as the slopes are dangerous, and commuting by road is nearly impossible.
